Yes! We offer Australia-wide postage and ship using Australia Post Express Post service. Postage costs can vary depending on your order size but normally ranges from $15-$25.

My cookies start from $5 each for a standard sized, single colour design. Price varies depending on the shape and size of your cookie and whether your design/s include additional details.

Extra costs may be incurred for customised items (such as name / date stamps or business logos) or for cookies to be individually boxed. Custom stamps can be created for your cookies for a $30 fee.

Our minimum order amount for custom orders is 12 cookies.
Smaller packs or individual cookies will be on offer seasonally (Easter, Mother’s / Father’s Day, Christmas). See our product listings and Instagram page

Send me a message via my Custom Order Enquiry page or via Instagram or Facebook DM. Try to provide me with as much information as possible, particularly: date required, number of cookies, event/theme, and if your order is for postage or pickup. Please note that I do require a deposit to be paid upon booking. Your order is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

As much notice as you are able to provide ensures my availability to take on your order, and for me to fully prepare to make your order as perfect as possible! A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for custom orders. If you are needing cookies at late notice, your order may not be able to be accommodated. Please email or direct message me via socials if you require cookies with less than 2 weeks’ notice to see if I have any last minute availability.

We offer vanilla or chocolate brownie flavoured sugar cookies – the most common request is for vanilla flavour.

All Cute and Crumbly cookies are individually packaged in clear, heat-sealed bags, which gives them a shelf life of up to 4 weeks if stored correctly. Cookies can also be frozen to eat at a later date if required. Please see “How do I store my cookies?” for storage information.

Store cookies in their heat sealed bags or in an airtight container. Keep them in a cool, dark place such as a pantry. Do NOT refrigerate. Handle with care as cookies can be fragile!

Yes we do! Our standard cookies contain wheat, gluten, milk and egg, but we are able to offer sugar cookies that do not contain dairy/milk and/or eggs. We are also able to offer cookies made with gluten free flour, however due to the nature of our home-based kitchen environment, we are unable
to guarantee these are completely free from cross-contamination of gluten. Cookies made with gluten free flour are not recommended for those with Coeliac’s disease or an allergy to wheat or gluten.
